VALUATIONS

The annual valuation of the common stock owned by the ESOP is an important event. It communicates to your employees the value of their investment and perhaps a significant part of their retirement savings.  Specific services include:

• Engaging the independent valuation firm and reviewing their annual report of the stock price

• Communicating and explaining the valuation process to employees

• Reviewing and communicating steps that can be taken to enhance participant / shareholder value

• Reviewing the “fairness” of significant transactions, including the purchase of Company stock by the ESOP or sale of the Company
