Insurance coverage

MPC maintains 2 types of coverage.  The first is our professional liability coverage (“E&O coverage”).  Our E&O insurance is specifically designed for our Life Settlement practice to cover the above services including trust transactions. We maintain coverage of $10,000,000.  There is separate coverage for our public accounting services of $3,000,000.

MPC also maintains a bond to cover criminal acts by any employee of the firm.  The coverage is $1,500,000 per event per year.
