MAINTENANCE OF BANK ACCOUNTS / ESCROW FUNCTION

Company owners may prefer that the many ESOP administrative responsibilities be handled by independent third parties. Services include:

• Custody and investment of ESOP funds in accordance with investment policies established by management *

• Reviewing the portfolio allocation of non-employer stock investments *

• Processing termination and diversification payments
