Key Personnel

William M. Potoczak, President.  Bill has been a 50% shareholder since 1991 and is responsible for the overall management of the Life Settlement Services for MPC.  Bill is a CPA, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.  Bill has been involved in the LSM beginning with viatical settlements in 1994.  Mark G. Mills, CPA is Vice President, a 50% shareholder, and provides back-up for Bill.

Linda J. Lee, Office manager and Life Settlement Staff.  Linda has been involved with MPC since 1991 and became a full time employee in March 2006.  Linda is responsible for certain client relationships, setting up new clients, special projects and day to day operations of MPC.

Christina M. Cook, Senior Life Settlement Staff.  Christina has been with the firm since 1999 and is primarily responsible for most escrow closing transactions, premium payments and many of the more complex client relationships.

Melita McGowan, Life Settlement Staff.  Melita has many years of experience in the life insurance and life settlement industry and been with the firm since 2012 and is primarily responsible for life tracking, obtaining new HIPAAs and obtaining medical records.

Lorie L. Kaufman, Debbie Cirincione and Brad Andersen, all Life Settlement Staff.  These are employees that have been with MPC 2- 4 years and are responsible for various Life Settlement services such as verification, premium payments and correspondence, accounting and interaction with client FTP sites.
